Top pre-workout snacks

What you eat before starting your workout is incredibly important as it gives your body the energy it needs to maximise the benefits of all your hard work at the gym. Carbohydrates are a good place to start and our tutors recommend oatmeal with low-fat milk and fruit. They are digested quickly and give you that boost of energy you need.
