After signing up with Entire Training, our support team will get you started on your qualification pathway straight away. An induction call will be arranged which will explain how the course is structured that will outline the learning materials.
The tutor will factor in your personal lifestyle and current working pattern to devise a suitable time-frame for coursework submission and completion, practical training date attendance and structure appropriate support calls into your course planner.
As an Entire Training student you will be working through the coursework and revision at home around your commitments. You can expect planned telephone calls with your tutor for additional guidance support and feedback to discuss your progress on the qualification. If any areas are outlined that could be improved then your tutor will adapt your plan and give extra support and guidance.
Calls will also be arranged before and after your training days so the support team are confident you’re fully prepared going into the practical weekends and assessments. A follow up call will be made to get your feedback on the training weekends and if you have any other questions.
If you feel you need additional support from Entire Training’s student support team outside of your planned calls then they are available for telephone calls Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
The Entire Training support team have other methods of communication; they offer helpful advice and important information through the contact email address on your support documents. Any email queries you send in will be responded to within the next 24 hours during weekdays.
